Oxdin proudly guarantees the quality and performance for the practical lifetime of our products. Products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our cost. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

This warranty is available in the United States for products purchased on www.oxdin.com or with proof of purchase from an authorized reseller.

Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. In some cases, the turnaround time will be longer than usual due to some unexpected conditions.

California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned. If your product needs to be sent out to be cleaned, you may expect up to two additional weeks before it will be returned to you.

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). To obtain an EAN, please send us an email at support@oxdin.com and we will reply you promtely with further instruction.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and remain in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized items and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

EAN will not be granted if any of the following situations exist: 1. Any item not in its original condition, the item was damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; 2. Request for exchange beyond 14 days of receipt of your order.


Customers are responsible for shipping items to us. Please ensure that you ship the product with tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for its delivery. Oxdin is not liable for lost in-bound packages. You must file a claim with the carrier.
